About Cadogan

Cadogan’s long association with Chelsea began over 300 years ago. Since that time, the family and place have grown together – evolving the Cadogan Estate into one of London’s most characterful and distinctive neighbourhoods.

We are proud to have been part of Chelsea tor 300 years. Our long-term commitment comes with the responsibility to ensure that we are making a positive contribution towards a sustainable environment, protecting the area’s unique heritage and supporting a thriving community.

Cadogan takes pride in
creating exceptional places

Pavilion Road

Pavilion Road was formed following a community consultation in 2015, which enabled the former service road of garages and Victorian coach houses to be evolved into a popular artisan food ‘village’ with extensive outdoor seating and full pedestrianisation.

Sloane Street

Sloane Street - home to global luxury retail and a vibrant residential neighbourhood - is currently undergoing significant investment in a transformational public realm project to create a stunning green boulevard from Knightsbridge to Sloane Square.

Duke of York Square

Duke of York Square was developed in 1998 from a former MOD base on the King’s Road into an award-winning shopping and dining destination with a piazza for community events and the Saatchi Gallery at its heart.

The Gaumont, is Cadogan’s latest placemaking initiative, creating a new anchor in the central section of the King’s Road opposite Chelsea Town Hall, and offering sought-after opportunities for the community to meet, celebrate and innovate.
